ANDRESGALLARDO has a 14 days return policy.
We will issue a full refund including the shipping cost from us to the customer. However we will deduct a return cost fee that will depend on the return origin:
– Spain: free returns
– UE: return fee of 10 € or 15€ for big volume returnings
– out of UE: return fee of 25 € or 35€ for big volume returnings
To return or exchange items, you must request a return authorization by contacting us on assistance@andresgallardo.es
Once we receive your request we will issue and send you a pre-paid shipping label to send any items back to us.
Returning your purchase instructions:
-Contact us at assistance@andresgallardo.es to request a return authorization.
-We will send you by email a pre-paid shipping label and shipping documents that you will have to print.
-Place the item(s) in the original packaging and into a solid carton box.
-Place the return information label and pre-paid return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
-Visit www.ups.com and click “Contact ups” and the bottom left of the screen.
-Call UPS customer service to arrange a collection.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style or size, please return your item/s to us following the return instructions above and simply purchase the new piece separately at andresgallardo.es
We will not apply the return fee if you are making an exchange
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. If the complete order is returned a refund will include shipping costs. However we will deduct a return fee from your refund, please check the complete information above.
Please allow 30 days from return shipping to receive a refund.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Items must be returned to us in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them.
-Handbags or jewlery pieces should be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
-Please place the handles inside the handbag and pack it carefully to avoid damages during the return shipping.
-Please make sure to return the items into a solid carton box to not damage the original packaging as this is considered part of the product.
-We prefer that items are returned through ANDRESGALLARDO return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
-When using our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
-When using your preferred return transport we will not make a full refund in the event of damage, theft or loss during delivery.
